M/E Engineering puts Ethics front and center
Ethical practice is nothing new to M/E Engineering, however the firm principals realized after attending our “Ethics for Design Professional” workshop that they could do more. They updated their employee handbook to include the NSPE Ethics Cannons and now include an ethics review session for new employees as standard practice. “We can’t assume our staff knows how important good ethical practice is to our firm, and that it guides our business decisions. Poole’s course was a great refresher for our firm, and provided good insight to the complexity of ethical decisions,” says Allen Casey, President.
